Growing up as an athlete, Kris knew that physical fitness and proper nutrition were an essential part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. As a competitive gymnast and swimmer, Kris developed the core understanding of what it meant to be healthy and active. Competitive cheerleading and soccer continued to shape her love of fitness.
Kris has pursued her education in the field of physical fitness. At Verve, she saw how personal training made a direct impact upon the lives of her community. Individuals were able to accomplish results they never thought they could reach, and members were finally able to achieve their own personal goals.
Kris is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine, a certified Spin instructor through Madd Dog Athletics, and is CPR/AED certified through the American Heart Association. She not only is a personal trainer, but our co-office manager as well.
