Miles is from Boulder, Colorado, and his path to a career in Personal Training was anything but typical.. Miles has lost over 120 pounds without medication, without intestinal alteration, bands, or rash diets. Good old fashioned diet and exercise and an unwavering commitment to a lifetime of health saved him from obesity all of the possibilities that arise from obesity such as hypertension, diabetes, and the like. He has maintained a healthy weight and lifestyle for over a decade.
Miles has entered the Personal Training business on a mission to be a trainer who offers solid compassion, training, and nutritional counseling for clients with weight challenges, while providing trainees of all athletic abilities with proper form, challenging and creative workouts, and the motivation you need to push yourself beyond your expectations. There are absolutely no limits to what can be achieved – if you’re willing to commit to make the effort on a regular basis. Whether you want to train for a marathon, increase your flexibility, increase muscular endurance, muscular strength, or lose that 50 pounds you’ve gained since college, he thoroughly believes that with proper training, you can achieve any of these goals.Miles thoroughly believes in the untapped physical potential of every client. Miles is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. In his spare time, he is a Tenor for The United States Army Chorale, runs road races all over the Washington, D.C. area, and plays tennis in a local league.
