If Mike Savitch had told me four years ago that I would be getting up at 5am twice a week to get to VERVE to work out with my trainer, Barton Schafer, I would have told him, “you’re nuts!” But that’s where I am today- and because of their efforts (plus variety of trainers and boot camps), I have reduced my body fat from 28.2% to 17% my cholesterol is below 200, and I’m getting ready to ride my bike across the state of Iowa during the last week of July!
The trainers have all been great. They are dedicated, determined and energetic individuals (at 6am!) and have helped me reach my goals and build a healthier, happy life. They have taught me the importance of nutrition, cardio, and weight-training. (And I have taught them the importance of STRETCHING!!) It’s been a great investment.
