Food & Fitness Class by Sega
Our new Food & Fitness Class consists of 15 quality sessions, where we will workout the whole body in under 30 minutes, followed by a cool down and stretch while discussing a hot topic of the day. Can you define what food is? If not, then you might not be able to complete that New Year resolution unless you come to class. Materials will be handed out each week to reinforce the learning. The last class will be a luncheon at a location agreed upon by participants, where we'll put all of our newfound knowledge toward good eating.
