Verve Vinyasa yoga invites us to harmonize our body, breath and mind as a way to experience wakefulness and compassion in our daily lives. The path of Vinyasa yoga involves physical exercises that enhances our cardiovascular system, strengthens muscles, improves our digestive activity and cleanses our body. It also includes breathing exercises for soothing our nervous system and meditation for enhancing mental clarity. The combination of exercise, breath and meditation results in a sense of well being, confidence, open-heartedness and increased patience.
Our group classes are intimate and are held in a candlelit studio setting. Progression is paced as gradual or fast as the group can achieve, with instructor assists to deepen postures. Classes are offered for the beginner (Yoga 1), intermediate (Yoga 1.5) and advanced yogafile (Yoga 2).
Private training sessions truly hone in on your postures and will result in a stronger more supple body after only 8 weeks!
