The one consistent rule of strength
training that should be maintained is proper form. Other
things can
vary, such as repetitions or range of motion. Maximum results
are gained when proper form is used. This is what Sega
strives for in each session and with each client. An efficient
workout
means more immediate results. Sega has assisted men and women
of all ages achieving fitness goals. He works with individuals
or groups to reach their
goals such as, increasing endurance or strength, losing body
fat, further rehabilitation, becoming fit or simply looking
and feeling better.
Fitness specialties include interval training
programs that Sega uses with his clients especially for cycling;

for informing and educating clients to help achieve their
goals in the least amount of time; including a site that
archives valuable articles pertaining to health and fitness.
Certified in 1996 by National Academy of Sports Medicine.
