My fitness journey started with losing 120 pounds and discovering the power of disciplined training, which turned a personal transformation into a lifelong passion for health and performance. Over the years, I’ve built experience in healthcare, rehabilitation, and personal training, developing skills in patient care, recovery strategies, and exercise programming. Athletically, I’ve competed in rugby at a high level, where resilience, discipline, and teamwork shaped my approach to both sport and life. I’m also completing a degree in kinesiology with a focus on allied health, giving me a strong academic foundation to pair with real world experience. By combining personal achievement, competitive athletics, and healthcare knowledge, I bring a unique perspective on training, recovery, and human performance that drives me to help others reach their potential.
