Warm-up

- 20 Glute Bridges
- 15 Ring Rows
- 10 Single Leg Romanian Deadlifts (each side)
- 10 Sots Presses

Strength
Back Squat:
- Every 3:00 x 5 sets
- 5x10 @ 55%

Conditioning
