Ben Sisco
Personal Trainer & Customer Experience Manager
Ben's love of fitness was practically inherited. Growing up, his mom managed gyms and yoga studios, and the training floor became a second home long before it became a career. He found his own path in CrossFit, coaching since his junior year of high school, and has worked as a personal trainer since his freshman year of college. A NASM-certified personal trainer, Ben also holds his CrossFit Level 1 and a group fitness coaching certification, bringing the energy of group coaching and the precision of one-on-one training to every session he leads.
Ben's path to Verve runs through more than the gym. He spent years managing a full client portfolio at a Washington, DC fitness facility, building the long-term relationships and retention results that come from treating every client's goals as his own. A George Washington University graduate, he also managed a state legislative campaign, leading a fifteen-person team under tight deadlines — leadership and organizational experience he now brings to every client relationship at Verve.
Ben joined the Verve family in 2026 in a dual role as Personal Trainer and Customer Experience Manager, splitting his time between coaching clients and ensuring every member's experience — from first session to lasting results — reflects the white-glove standard Verve has built over 20 years in the DC area. When he's not on the training floor, you'll find him on a snowboard or a bike. Wherever he is, Ben is driven by a simple goal: helping every client find the strength, confidence, and joy in fitness that have shaped his own life.
