I’m Luc Durand-Zara, a fitness coach with a background in both sports performance and rehabilitation. Growing up, I was heavily involved in competitive soccer and went on to play at the collegiate level. That experience not only shaped my work ethic but also gave me a deep understanding of athletic training, injury prevention, and what it takes to perform at a high level.

Along the way, I developed a strong passion for helping others, which led me to work in rehab settings where I supported clients recovering from injuries. I gained valuable experience creating personalized programs that safely build strength, mobility, and confidence for people coming back from setbacks.

Whether I’m working with athletes, active adults, or those just starting their fitness journey after an injury, my goal is to provide a supportive and results-driven environment. I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and reach their potential in a sustainable way.
